A company is looking for a Sr. P&C Manager, Claims Compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and inspire claims teams to deliver exceptional service and results

Oversee compliance initiatives aligned with state and federal regulations

Drive change management, technology adoption, and strategic claims execution

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or 6+ years in claims compliance / regulatory industry

Strong knowledge of P&C insurance and regulatory frameworks

6+ years of leadership experience with proven coaching and development skills

Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Power BI

P&C Adjuster License (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
