Job descriptionProcess accounts payable and receivable transactions. Assist with data entry, invoice coding, and filing. Reconcile bank statements and maintain financial records. Support month-end and year-end closing activities. Communicate with vendors and internal departments to resolve discrepancies. Provide general administrative support to the accounting department. Associate degree in Accounting or related field preferred. 1-2 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
