Job descriptionProvide customer service by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as needed. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following protocols relevant to chemical and / or petrochemical locations. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and surrounding perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and report any unusual conditions. Monitor access points and assist with controlling entry to restricted areas, remaining attentive to the unique requirements of chemical and / or petrochemical environments. Document observations and incidents accurately, communicating relevant information to Allied Universal management and site contacts as required. Availability across various days and shifts Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Access control and / or badge experience is preferred. A Security Professional Guard Card is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Security Officer - Chemical Patrol
As a Security Officer - Chemical Patrol in Sheboygan, WI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Chemical / Petrochemical, and more.
As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol designated areas within a chemical and petrochemical environment, helping to deter security-related incidents while offering exceptional customer service. You will conduct routine patrols, remain highly visible, and interact with employees and visitors to promote a secure atmosphere. This role values strong communication and a proactive approach, reflecting Allied Universal's commitment to teamwork, integrity, and putting people first in every interaction.

What You'll Do :
- Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
- Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
- Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
