Provide mentorship and support to team members throughout the sales process
Required Qualifications
Active NMLS license
Proven track record of success in mortgage origination
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Strong referral-driven approach to business development
Reside in the Continental U.S. and licensed in the state of residence
