You will serve as a lead analyst, managing advanced analytics projects while supporting and mentoring other team members. The position involves extracting, reconciling, and modeling data from multiple sources to provide actionable insights across claims, member, provider, and clinical data. You will also ensure compliance with regulatory reporting requirements and identify opportunities for process improvements. The role offers collaboration with cross-functional teams and the chance to influence key operational and strategic decisions.

Accountabilities :

• Lead and manage complex analytics projects and provide guidance to junior Data Analysts.
• Analyze large datasets across multiple platforms to generate actionable insights.
• Develop reports and deliverables for management to inform operational and strategic decisions.
• Monitor and reconcile data to ensure accuracy and identify trends, issues, or areas for improvement.
• Apply advanced data modeling techniques using SQL, MS Excel, Access, and other analytical tools.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state reporting requirements through data quality audits.
• Mentor team members on data analysis techniques and best practices.
• Perform additional duties as assigned in alignment with organizational policies and standards.
