Physicians in Practice : 4 Cardiologists; 3 Mid-levels

No. of Procedures : 2-3 per day

Required Procedures : - Cardiac cath, Invasive cardiology-Interventional - Angioplasty-PTCA, Intracoronary stent placement - Atherectomy

Office Equipment : Treadmill / Echo / EKG / Cath Lab

Total No. of Beds : 300

No. of Exam Rooms : 3

EMR : Epic

Hospital Privileges Required : Yes

Temporary Privileges Available : Yes

Other Info : - Surgical Back-up Available - Required to Supervise Other Healthcare Providers : Yes; Stress Test Supervision when performed by APC in hospital.
