We are currently seeking a Software Support Developer to join our team of experienced professionals located at our head office in  Winston Salem, NC.

Responsibilities may include :

Performing Level 2 technical support for our airport and airline customers by troubleshooting a wide range of issues that are affecting the operation of their Baggage Handling Systems

Assisting Level 1 service technicians by providing in-depth troubleshooting & technical support

Conducting Root Cause Analysis of defects identified in production

Creating, testing, and deploying software patches

Maintaining, developing, and improving our automated test and deployment tools

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyze, document, and recommend improvements to products and internal processes

Qualifications Required : Qualifications Required :

Diploma or Degree in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science or related fields

Preferred 1-3 years’ experience (co-op considered)

Desired Skills :

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Strong troubleshooting skills

Experience with an object-oriented programming language is required. C# is preferred but Java, C++, or other languages are also acceptable

Proficiency with SQL & knowledge of databases

Knowledge of Flyway, Powershell, Azure Devops, JavaScript is an asset

Familiarity with support ticketing systems such as SNOW (ServiceNow)

The ability to perform night / weekend work
