Hardesty, LLC, on behalf of our client, a premier MSP Services Company, is recruiting for a VP of Finance.

Company : We are seeking an accomplished and forward-thinking Vice President, Finance to lead and integrate our Finance and HR functions while driving operational excellence through the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS).

As a key member of the executive leadership team, this individual will bring strategic vision, strong leadership, and operational rigor to support the growth and success of Modern IT.

Position Summary :

The Vice President, Finance will oversee Finance and HR ensuring these functions are seamlessly integrated and aligned with Modern IT’s strategic priorities and EOS methodology.

This role will provide financial leadership, operational execution, and coordination for the company’s accounting, financial planning, and budget management functions and ensure company adherence to applicable accounting rules. This individual will play a key role on the Executive Leadership Team and also be very hands-on for all of the Finance-related work.
