Position Overview
The Family Nurse Practitioner will provide comprehensive primary and preventive care services to patients in an outpatient clinic setting. Fluency in Spanish is essential to effectively communicate with our Spanish-speaking patient population and their families.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct patient assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide follow-up care.
- Deliver primary and preventive care services to patients of all ages.
- Communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking patients to ensure understanding and comfort.
- Collaborate with Medical Assistants, Physician Assistants, and administrative staff to enhance patient care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all patient visits and treatment plans.
