Requirements :
- Education : Doctorate degree in psychology (PhD or PsyD)
- Experience : 3+ years management experience in the health care field
- Licensure : PSYD or PHD from the State of Florida required
- Certification : CPR / CPI
Preferred :
Behavioral Health JC / DNV survey experience preferred.
