Prepare title commitments from provided title opinions. Search public records and examine information of primarily commercial or industrial property, that will support the title opinion. Copy or summarize recorded documents which affect the condition of title to the property. Works with the title opinion attorney and customer on issues that are reported on the title opinion relying on their experience. Projects undertaken can range from simple parcels requiring a few hours of production time to commercial properties that may take days or even weeks to complete.HOW YOU'LL CONTRIBUTE

Pay Range: $26.88 - $35.82 Hourly, RemoteThis hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting.
