Key Responsibilities
Recruit, hire, and onboard canvassing staff with a focus on energy and professionalism.
Train and coach canvassers on scripts, product knowledge, and lead generation tactics.
Deploy and manage canvassing teams using two company vans across targeted neighborhoods.
Monitor individual and team KPIs, ensuring daily, weekly, and monthly lead goals are achieved.
Conduct field training, daily debriefs, and performance reviews to improve effectiveness.
Foster a high-energy, team-first environment through motivational leadership.
Track canvassing metrics and report performance data to leadership.
Maintain compliance with local laws, HOA regulations, and company canvassing policies.
Manage canvassing materials including uniforms, tech, scripts, and supplies.
Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to align outreach strategies with company campaigns.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in door-to-door canvassing, lead generation, or direct sales.
Proven leadership experience managing field teams or canvassers preferred.
Strong motivational and coaching skills to inspire team success.
Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
Experience using data to track performance and adjust tactics for better results.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (required).
Willingness to work evenings and some weekends to maximize homeowner engagement.
