Job description

Green Key Resources is partnered with a national general contractor to identify a seasoned Director of Business Development for their expanding San Antonio office. This is a high-impact leadership opportunity with a clear path to VP-level advancement and a long-term growth trajectory.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead strategic business development initiatives across the following sectors :
  • Healthcare
  • Commercial
  • Public Sector
  • Private Sector Spec Development
  • Leverage and expand relationships to generate new project opportunities
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to drive regional growth
  • Represent the company at client meetings, industry conferences, and networking events
  • Oversee proposal development, client presentations, and pursuit strategy

Ideal Candidate :

  • 10–15 years of business development experience within the Architecture, Engineering, or Construction (AEC) industries
  • Strong network and proven success in healthcare, commercial, and public / private development sectors
  • Ability to identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Entrepreneurial, proactive, and team-oriented
