Long standing CPA firm seeks an experienced Audit and Assurance Manager to join the practice. The ideal candidate will be a CPA with at least 5 years of public accounting experience and strong technical skills in audit and assurance services.

The Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing multiple audit engagements, financial statement audits, compilations, ensuring projects are on time and within budget.

You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and mentoring and coaching staff.

Responsibilities :

Lead and manage multiple audit engagements from planning to completion

Review and supervise staff work, ensuring quality and adherence to professional standards

Develop and maintain relationships with clients, providing exceptional client service

Identify new business opportunities and contribute to business development efforts

Mentor and coach staff, providing guidance and support for their professional development

Stay up-to-date with accounting and auditing standards and regulations

Requirements for Audit Manager based in Bellevue, WA :

• CPA license
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting
• Minimum 5 years of public accounting experience, with a focus on audit and assurance services
• Strong technical skills in accounting and auditing
• Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills.
• Enjoys client interaction and developing relationships

Base salary up $150,000 base (dependent on experience), bonus, comprehensive benefits package, PTO, and opportunities for professional growth and ownership. Hybrid work schedule.
