we are looking for a dedicated Housekeeping Houseperson to join our Team. .

Essential Job Functions Are :

• Stock linen closets with amenities and supplies for room attendants Provide exceptional service to all our guest and team members
• Empty room attendant carts of soiled linen and remove trash
• Adhere to cleanliness standards, maintaining guest and public areas such as dusting baseboards, moldings, walls and doors, polish mirrors and vending machines, vacuum or sweep floors including stairwells, balconies, and foyers.
• Responsible for flipping mattresses and moving furniture
• Deliver guest amenity / supplies requests

Qualifications and Requirements

• 3 Months of Prior Related Housekeeping Experience Preferred
• The employee is frequently required to stand, walk
• Must use hands to perform mechanical maintenance tasks, handle or feel objects, tools and controls
• Ability to frequently lift and / or move up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to kneel, bend, stoop, crouch to clean
• Must have good near and far vision, including ability read and interpret written instructions / directions
• Must be able to communicate effectively with guests and co-workers, including two-radios
• Ability to distinguish smells
• Duties may be performed indoors / outdoors.
• Must be able to hear, may experience high noise level
