We are seeking an experienced and driven Bilingual (Spanish / English) Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of a multifamily community. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of property management experience and be proficient in ResMan property management software. This leadership role requires a professional who can balance resident satisfaction with strong financial and operational performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the onsite team, including leasing staff and maintenance.
• Communicate effectively with both English- and Spanish-speaking residents and staff.
• Oversee leasing, renewals, occupancy goals, and resident relations.
• Utilize ResMan for financial reporting, leasing activity, and resident records.
• Ensure budget compliance, track expenses, and drive NOI growth.
• Develop and implement marketing and leasing strategies to maximize occupancy.
• Conduct regular property inspections and maintain company standards.
• Handle escalated resident concerns and resolve issues professionally.
