Bilingual Customer Service Associate

A company is looking for a Customer Service Associate - Bilingual (English / Spanish).

Key Responsibilities

Engage prospective customers to explain services and assist with understanding offerings

Troubleshoot issues for customers and providers

Collaborate with the development team to request product changes and suggest improvements to customer service procedures

Required Qualifications

Proficiency in both English and Spanish

1+ year of relevant experience in a call center or customer service role

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus

Must be 18 years of age or older
