$25 / hr Mortgage Loan Closer

Job Title : Mortgage CloserWe are seeking a detail-oriented Mortgage Closer to support multiple lending channels and ensure efficient, high-quality loan closing operations. This role plays a critical part in meeting business and customer service objectives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Key Responsibilities : Perform routine data entry and validation of loan documentsInitiate third-party orders (title, appraisal, hazard insurance, flood certification, credit checks, etc.)Scrub loan files to ensure accuracy of taxes, insurance, and feesHandle routine calls, emails, and chat responses (no direct borrower interaction)Work with both refinance and purchase loansTarget closing volume : 8–10 loans per dayRequired Skills & QualificationsMinimum of 3 years of Mortgage Closing experienceFamiliarity with Encompass loan origination systemStrong knowledge of FHA and VA loan productsGeneral understanding of federal, state, and local mortgage regulationsProven ability to work independently and as part of a teamExcellent written and verbal communication skillsSchedule : Monday–Friday, 8 : 30 AM – 5 : 30 PMPay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $23.00 - $29.00 / hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
