Reconciliation Specialist

A company is looking for a Reconciliation Specialist to support billing teams in ensuring efficient reimbursement reconciliation for therapy sessions.

Key Responsibilities :

Ensure HIPAA-compliant confidentiality with all client-related data

Reconcile payments and post manual payments in various billing platforms

Identify underpayments / overpayments and communicate with relevant teams for resolution

Required Qualifications :

HS Diploma or Equivalent

Minimum 1-2 years payment posting experience

Experience using insurance company websites / portals

Willingness to learn and a positive attitude

Professional phone skills
