Option 1 : Muncie, IN Setting : Busy community hospital & surgery center (Level III trauma) Schedule : MondayFriday, daytime hours Cases : Wide variety general, ortho, neuro, OB, endo, cath lab (no burns, complex peds, or transplant) Team Model : 2 : 1 or 3 : 1 collaborative anesthesia care team Lifestyle : Work in a supportive, collegial environment while enjoying Muncies welcoming, university-town feel just an hour northeast of Indianapolis. Option 2 : Lafayette, IN Setting : Modern regional hospital & surgery center (Level III trauma) Schedule : MondayFriday, 7a3p (full-time need) Cases : Bread-and-butter mix across general, ortho, OB, and more Team Model : Collegial anesthesia care team with strong support Lifestyle : Home to Purdue University, Lafayette / West Lafayette offers a vibrant mix of small-town charm and big-city amenities. Only 2 hours from Chicago and less than an hour from Indianapolis. Option 3 : Indianapolis, IN Multiple Sites Settings : Hospitals and surgery centers across Indy, including North, West, and downtown sites Schedule : MondayFriday, 7a5p No weekends, no call Cases : Primarily adult general, ortho, endoscopy, ophthalmology, with occasional peds Team Model : Combination of inpatient & outpatient, well-structured with strong physician support Lifestyle : Live in one of the Midwests most dynamic cities, with world-class arts, dining, pro sports, and easy access to Chicago, Louisville, and Cincinnati.
