Job descriptionTake general call on the weekends either preceding or succeeding weekday coverage Shifts per Month : 20 Specific Dates : Dec. 1-5 Dec. 15-19 Dec. 22-26 Dec. 29-Jan. 2 On Call : Shared call with 3 interventionalists Inpatient Responsibilities Outreach Locations : Up to 2 days per month Telehealth Number of Physicians : 3 Number of Advanced Practice Providers : 5 Supervision of APP Physician Nurse Ratio : 1 : 1 Ancillary Staff per Provider : 2 : 1 Exam Rooms per Provider : 5 Medical Imaging, Lab & Pharmacy available Clinic Provider Daily Volume : 20-25 Average Daily Hospital Practice Census : 10-20 cardiology patients Appointment Length : 15 to 30 minutes EMR : Cerner Powerchart Teaching Opportunity : Internships and Preceptors Clinic visits (new / established) Electrophysiology procedures, device monitoring (loopp, pacemakers, ICD) general call, Post procedure and established patients Services / Procedures : On-site and remote device transmissions, EP studies, ablations, pacemaker / ICD / temp pacer / loop recorder insertions, gen changes, TEE, cardioversions Board Certified (can accept BE / New graduates) Active IA License or Active IMLC Fellowship Trained in Electrophysiology Clean Malpractice Record Must be available Full Time (2 or more weeks per month)
