We are seeking a charismatic and organized Internal Service Advisor to join our RV team. In this key role, you’ll bridge the gap between sales and service, ensuring sold units are prepped accurately and efficiently.
Key Objectives :

Responsibilities :
Review and assess internal service work orders for accuracy and completenessCoordinate workflow and timelines with dispatch, technicians, and the sales teamEnsure units are prepped and ready for delivery according to dealership standardsTrack the status of internal jobs and follow up to ensure on-time completionAssist with documentation, parts coordination, and warranty-related processSupport Inventory tracking and maintain accurate service recordsCommunicate effectively across departments to align priorities and avoid delaysWhat you’ll bring :
Exceptional skills in customer service and communicationAbility to use a variety of computer-based systemsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsFlexibility with work schedules : including Saturdays (we are always closed on Sundays)Problem-solver who takes initiativeAbility to pass a background and drug testNeat, clean, and professional appearanceDemonstrate alignment with the Company’s vision, mission, and core values in all interactionsEager to contribute to a smooth and efficient service operationExpected Results :
