Event / Concert Host - Daybreak Community Council

Our Event / Concert Hosts work to make sure our seasonal events, activities, and concerts go off without a hitch! This position is all about the resident experience and a great way to learn skills in the area of event / recreation management!
About the Community :
Daybreak is comprised of more than 8,000 homes on its way to a projected build-out of more than 20,000 residential homes.
Daybreak is a highly amenitized community specifically designed with providing residents with numerous recreational and lifestyle options.

What you’ll accomplish :
- Assisting with event set-up
- Ushering residents and guests
- Working with bands and sound crew
- Offering janitorial / security services
- Transporting performers to and from the airport or hotel as needed
- Moving heavy objects such as luggage, water coolers, music equipment, tables, tents, etc.
- Coordinating meet and greets and ensuring that artist hospitality rider requests are fulfilled
What we’re looking for :
- An outgoing, customer-focused personality it a must!
- High School Diploma
- Excellent communication skills
- Self-sufficiency and reliability
- Ability to work outdoors in a variety of conditions, stand for long periods of time, and lift 40 pounds
- Flexibility to work Friday and Saturday evenings
- Current driver's license, liability insurance, and a clean driving record
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
