Key Responsibilities
Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals
Provide strategic support on workforce planning, talent development, and employee engagement
Lead change initiatives and oversee HR programs to drive performance and innovation
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, including 5+ years in a strategic HRBP role
Deep understanding of employment law and HR best practices
Experience with HRIS platforms and data analytics
Strong business and financial acumen with analytical insight
