Office Education Clinical Coordinator
Description
Responsible for providing administrative and office assistance across the facility. Coordinates guests for office activities and clinical training events.
Supports office activities and training events by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements. Works with office and clinical teams to coordinate day-to-day activities and guests.
Responsibilities :
Perform various activities including being the main point of contact for Össur visitors and guests and answering phones.
Coordinate all inquiries that come in regarding visitors, customers, patients, and guests.
Coordinate scheduling trainings / fittings with all participants.
Ensure clinical calendars are up to date.
Coordinates meeting rooms, training rooms and bookings for guests.
Books, coordinates, and communicates travel for all office and clinical guests.
Work also requires some analysis, use of initiative and independent judgment.
Coordinate with Facilities Assistant to keep clinic and conference rooms tidy and stocked with appropriate supplies.
Arranges catering orders and Clean-up by coordinating with Facilities Assistant.
Print, stock, and maintain relevant materials needed for training events.
Coordinate course updates on AOTA website.
Daily tasks for academy.
Perform other clerical and administrative duties / assignment as assigned.
Support internal opportunity calls and external educational opportunity calls with our customers.
General :
All employees must be aware, have knowledge and shall have received general training in Quality requirements of Össur. Training takes place in the Onboarding process and in New Employee Orientation.
More specific Quality training is job specific.
All training related to the quality management system is done in accordance to the Training Management Process (QM1681).
Exercises good use of company funds and property within the set guidelines. Always maintains an honest and professional attitude as the company’s representative.
Contributes to a safe working environment by maintaining own workspace and reporting any potential hazards.

Qualifications :
1 2 years of reception with customer service experience.
Well-developed computer skills including Microsoft Office.
Fast and accurate data entry and Web skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong work ethic.
Detail oriented and ability to multitask.
Ability to work with minimal supervision; alone or in team environment.
Demonstrates good judgment and decision-making skills.
Ability to learn and understand products and terminology.
Upbeat and cheerful; likes helping people.
Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-up skills.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $16.38 - $19.00 + bonus + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
