Claims Recovery Specialist II - MD

A company is looking for a Claims Recovery Specialist II - MD / DC (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Review and audit medical and dental claims to recover overpayments

Contact carriers, members, and providers to recover and settle claims

Distribute correspondence to policyholders and participate in audit-related meetings

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED

5 years of claims processing experience

Preferred : 1 year of adjustment processing experience

Mathematical ability / aptitude

Ability to deal with internal and external clients
