Skill Set :
- 2+ years of Salesforce administration experience, complemented by a strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionalities.
- Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator required. Advanced, related certifications are a plus.
- Proficient in Salesforce automation tools, and a diverse array of integrated apps and platforms.
- Strong interpersonal skills, paired with excellent verbal and written communication abilities, allowing for effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating potential issues.
