Key Responsibilities
Own and provide high-quality support for incoming customer issues, including escalated tickets

Required Qualifications

Available to work West Coast hours (9 : 00 PM - 5 : 00 PM PT)
3+ years of experience in Customer Support, Account Management, or related roles in SaaS companies
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple requests efficiently
Curious and critical thinker with proactive problem-solving skills
