Senior Full Stack Developer

A company is looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer- Remote Canada.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop backend services, adapters, and integrations using Java, Spring Boot, and Apache Camel for CMS mandates

Deliver FHIR R4+ / SMART on FHIR APIs ensuring full terminology compliance

Mentor junior developers and promote best practices in design, automation, and maintainability

Required Qualifications :

8+ years of software development experience, including 5+ years in Java / Spring Boot

Proven delivery of FHIR / SMART on FHIR integrations in production environments

Strong knowledge of US Core, FHIR IGs, and healthcare terminologies

Hands-on experience with GitLab CI / CD, Kubernetes / Helm, Kafka, and relational databases

Prior experience in professional services or healthcare delivery teams
