Lead ArchitectSenior Architect
An establishedmultidisciplined firm is looking to add a LeadArchitect / Senior Architect with a focus on Industrialprojects to their Columbusteam!
Responsibilities :
- Represent thefirm at speaking events in writing and other activities within theindustrial developmentcommunity
- Encourage / supportteams to explore creative designsolutions
- Lead / participatein an integrated designteam
- Attendindustry events business development events interviews and clientmeetings
- Leadcontractnegotiations
- Approveall contractchanges
- Ensure invoicesare processed timely and payments are madepromptly
- Develop / adhereto a project work plan and schedule through collaboration with theProject Manager and projectteam
- Mentor / trainjuniorstaff
- Assistin the hiring training and onboarding of new teammembers
Requirements :
- Bachelors Degree in Architecture or relatedfield
- 8years of industrial design experience including the pursuitplanning and design ofprojects
- PE Licensepreferred
- LEEDAccreditationpreferred
- Experienceleading a team of designprofessionals
- Strongunderstanding of the industrial community including newdevelopments and clientneeds
- Mayrequire sometravel
Salaryis commensurate withexperience.
