Job Description

Manage and track RFI's, ASI's, change orders, and submittals. Support the Project Manager in preparing and issuing contracts to vendors and subcontractors. Review and verify contractor pay applications for accuracy and completeness. Attend pre-bid, construction, and design meetings, and document meeting minutes with precision.

The Successful Applicant

Prior experience working for a general contractor. 1-2 years of relevant multifamily industry experience. Familiar with Procore or similar construction management software. Open to various project types and adaptable to different build environments. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management / Engineering or any related field is bonus.
