Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Commercial Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical systems for commercial buildings, with the expertise to install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures. The role requires a commitment to safety, technical proficiency, and an ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

• Installation of Electrical Systems : Install wiring, conduit, and other electrical components in new commercial constructions, renovations, and service upgrades.
• Maintenance and Repair : Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical systems, including lighting, control systems, and power distribution.
• Blueprint and Technical Reading : Interpret and work from blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure all work meets code and project specifications.
• Code Compliance : Ensure that installations and repairs meet all state and local electrical codes and regulations.
• Testing and Troubleshooting : Use tools such as multimeters, voltmeters, and other testing devices to identify issues and confirm functionality of electrical systems.
• Safety and Compliance : Follow OSHA and company safety protocols, maintain clean and organized workspaces, and utilize appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Documentation and Reporting : Complete detailed reports, track job progress, and communicate updates to supervisors and clients.
