Custodian - 2nd Shift, Part-Time

Qualifications QUALIFICATIONS:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each duty satisfactorily. • Good organization and public relation skills.
• Maintain a valid Wisconsin drivers license.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

• Ability to meet all requirements and responsibilities, including a high school diploma or G.E.D.

• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide into all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
• Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
• Ability to statistically manipulate numbers; make advanced mathematical calculations; check for accuracy.

REASONING ABILITY:

• Ability to define problems, collect data, and draw valid conclusions.
• Ability to exercise good judgment and effectively solve problems.
• Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions with several abstract and concrete variables.

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, talk, bend, twist and hear.
• The employee frequently is required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls and perform repetitive motions; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• The employee is occasionally required to sit.
• The employee may occasionally lift, push, pull and/or move up to 90 pounds, and with assistance, move and transport materials and equipment in excess of 200 pounds.
• The employee will regularly lift and transport items, including but not limited to lifting garbage bags out of 55 gallon trash barrels and transporting the bags, which could weigh up to 60 lbs., and lifting up folding cafeteria tables (weighing up to 335 lbs) at the center and pushing the folded tables on wheels up to 50% of working hours.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close, peripheral vision and the ability to adjust focus.
• While performing the duties of this job the employee is expected to work indoors and outdoors in all types of weather.
• The employee may be required to work in close quarters where temperatures can be in excess of 100 °F.
