A company is looking for a Renewals Manager to lead customer renewals and contract management functions.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and mentor a team responsible for executing customer renewals and contract management
Oversee the full renewal lifecycle, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and a high-quality customer experience
Develop and refine renewal strategies to improve retention rates and minimize churn
Required Qualifications
5-7 years of experience in renewals, account management, or related functions, with at least 2 years in a people management role
Strong background in account management and customer retention
Experience managing the contract lifecycle and pricing strategies
Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems (HubSpot, NetSuite, Maxio)
Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven environment
