To strengthen our presence in the U.S. market, Luxaviation USA is actively seeking an experienced Senior Charter Broker, ideally based in or with a strong network in New York, Los Angeles, Miami, or Houston.

About the Role

As a Senior Charter Broker, you will be responsible for developing and managing a portfolio of high-net-worth and corporate clients. You will play a key role in the end-to-end coordination of on-demand charter flights from quote to execution ensuring a flawless client experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively develop and manage a high-value client portfolio (UHNWI, corporate accounts, family offices, etc.)
• Identify and convert new business opportunities through strategic networking and industry intelligence
• Build and deliver bespoke commercial offers and charter quotes in a competitive environment
• Negotiate, close, and manage contracts tailored to client needs with the highest service standards
• Oversee the complete charter process : from flight planning, aircraft sourcing, and coordination to post-flight follow-up
• Collaborate with flight operations, crew, and handling agents to ensure operational excellence
• Provide high-touch client service including VIP meet & greet when relevant
• Be available for on-call duties (evenings / weekends on a rotating basis)
• Ensure proper invoicing, payment follow-up, and budgetary compliance for each operation
