High Trail is a leading commercial bank, and they are seeking a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with strong experience in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) to help drive key digital transformation initiatives. This role will serve as the bridge between business and technical teams, delivering scalable Salesforce solutions that enhance efficiency, customer experience, and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Gather, document, and translate business requirements into effective Salesforce FSC solutions.
- Partner with Salesforce admins, developers, and business stakeholders to deliver new functionality and system enhancements.
- Analyze existing banking processes and recommend improvements or automation opportunities to streamline operations.
