Job descriptionFull-Time, Permanent Staff – 36 hrs / week (3×12-hour shifts) PRN Shifts Available 12-hour shifts – Days or Nights Weekend & holiday rotations as required Competitive pay based on experience Sign-on bonus for eligible staff hires Shift differentials for nights / weekends PRN premium pay Opportunities to grow your expertise in women’s health and L&D care Comprehensive medical, dental & vision coverage Paid time off & holiday pay 403(B) with employer match Tuition support & continuing education opportunities Employee wellness programs and additional perks Provide compassionate, evidence-based care to laboring patients Monitor fetal heart rates, contractions, and maternal status Support patients and families through labor, delivery, and recovery Collaborate closely with physicians, midwives, and other team members Administer medications, including epidurals, and respond promptly to emergencies Document patient care accurately and maintain a safe birthing environment Active RN license in Georgia (or Compact license) BLS and NRP certifications (required) ACLS certification (preferred or obtained within designated timeframe) At least 1 year of recent L&D experience preferred Explore jobs : Visit our job portal to browse positions that suit your preferences.
