The individual in this role will direct a specialized group of analysts dedicated to conducting evaluations for integration into a leading tax research software.
Ideal candidates are either tax lawyers or accountants with deep knowledge in federal income taxation, looking to apply their expertise within a tech-centric setting.
This position involves collaboration within a team responsible for the integrity and promptness of content and insights provided by the tax research software.
A background in understanding the tax and ERISA considerations regarding employee benefits, such as retirement schemes, deferred compensation plans, executive rewards, and health plus welfare benefits, is highly valued.
Responsibilities :
- Utilize expert knowledge to guide the production of high-quality research materials for professionals in taxation, accounting, and payroll.
- Head an analytical team to assure the research material's relevance and precision.
- Advance the team's professional growth.
- Guarantee swift reaction to queries from clients and the sales force.
- Cultivate and keep up professional networks to enhance product offerings.
- Engage in thought leadership via speaking at public events and producing scholarly articles.
- Aid promotional activities for the relevant content area.
- Undertake additional tasks as needed.
Qualifications Required :
Undergraduate degree, plus a Juris Doctor (JD) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification is necessary. A Master of Laws (LL.
M.) in Taxation or Master of Science in Taxation (MST) is preferable.
- A minimum of five years in a related field. Educational achievements may compensate for lack of experience.
