Responsibilities :

The ideal candidate should be organized disciplined and have strong communication skills Clone some observability tools change network IP and host name

Validate the data in the tool to be pertinent to the client and that hosts report to the observability tool at the right new host name IP address

Troubleshoot potential issues after cloning or building new system and installation of tools

Identify gaps in metrics dashboard and work with infra and app team to remediate

Work with infrastructure and application team on the proper metrics alerts dashboards for the specific infra and app

Update AD group to have the appropriate users for access to Observability tools such as Splunk AppDynamics Grafana

Basic Qualifications :

Minimum 7 years of work experience

Minimum 5 years of experience with hands on installation, configuration of Observability Tools (Splunk, AppDynamics, Prometheus, Pager Duty, etc.)

Minimum 4 years of experience troubleshooting skills to determine if issue using app is related to network, app, or configuration

Minimum 5 years of experience with tools architecture and components communications (Splunk, AppDynamics, Prometheus, Pager Duty, etc.)

Knowledge of Observability tools architecture such as Splunk, AppD, Dynatrace, etc.

High School Diploma / GED

Preferred Qualifications :

• Bachelor's or Associate's Degree
