Member Service Representative (Account Services)

TEKsystems is currently hiring Digital Representatives to start with a Fortune 100 Financial Institution in Pensacola, FL! Position : Member Service Representative (Account Services) To respond to inquiries and requests from members and other individuals within a 24 / 7 high volume, schedule-driven and structured contact center operation. Provide information regarding the companys products and services demonstrating knowledge, active listening, multiple system adaptability and engagement methods to ensure optimal member experience and customer service. Handle a call volume of 80-100+ calls daily.

Qualifications :

• High School Diploma / GED required
• 1-2 years of recent customer service experience working directly with customers (call center, collections, banking)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced high-volume call center environment
• Professional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong computer knowledge and data entry / typing skills

Start Date : December 1, 2025

Training : First 6 weeks are fully onsite, Monday - Friday, 3 : 00pm - 11 : 30pm

Schedules available (after training) : Sunday - Friday (Saturdays off and 1 rotating off day during the week) 3 : 30pm - 1 : 00am, 4 : 00pm - 1 : 30am, 4 : 30pm - 2 : 00am

Location : Pensacola, FL / ability to work hybrid after training with 2 days onsite per week

Pay and Benefits : The pay range for this position is $17.50 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
