Workforce Planning & Analysis Lead
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead the Workforce Planning & Analysis team for the Pratt & Whitney business unit. In this role, you will be responsible for providing strategic analysis and consulting to senior HR and business leaders, deploy and operationalize self-service solutions to the HR community, and establish processes, governance, and partnerships to drive strategic and operational workforce planning for the business.

Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires a University Degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or HR and a minimum 14 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 12 years experience. Minimum 14 years of experience specifically in People Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Human Capital Consulting. Minimum 5 years of leadership and people management experience. Prior experience in producing strategic workforce analysis, consulting senior leaders, and supporting implementation of workforce strategies. Knowledge and exposure to systems implementation and working with large project teams. Experience with forecasting, workforce planning, and advanced analytics use cases within HR. Prior experience building business cases and measure impact of solutions. Experience with developing and delivering senior leader reviews and storyboards on driving decisions through data. Experience operating and collaborating across multiple levels and managing emerging priorities.

The salary range for this role is 176,000 USD - 352,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education / training, and key skills.
