Base pay range

$80,000.00 / yr - $80,000.00 / yr

LOCATION : North Houston, TX (initially remote; hybrid once office opens)

REPORTS TO : General Manager – US Branch, with functional reporting to the Marketing Director (Italy)

MISSION

We are seeking a seasoned Marketing & Communications Lead to establish and grow our client’s brand presence in the US market. This is a stand-alone, high-impact role where you will act as the strategic link between the US business, European headquarters, and a specialist Texas-based marketing agency with deep sector expertise.

This is a rare opportunity to join a growing team at a pivotal stage—laying the groundwork for the US marketing strategy, building a strong brand identity, and positioning the company as a leading player in the sustainable energy sector.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead all marketing and communication activities for the US market.
• Partner closely with an external marketing agency to execute campaigns in media relations, communications, and employer branding.
• Drive both digital and physical marketing initiatives, including website, SEO / SEM, email, social media, trade fairs, and industry events.
• Support employer branding in close collaboration with US HR leadership.
• Ensure brand consistency and strategic alignment with European headquarters.
• Manage budgets and monitor KPIs.
• Represent the company at key industry events, congresses, and sustainability-focused conferences.
