ABM Industries is hiring for a Dispatch Supervisor for our team at O'Hare Airport. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with strong business acumen and ability to communicate with multiple agencies who operate and maintain O'Hare Terminal 5. The ideal candidate will need to have the ability to communicate in an effective manner. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating all trades to the correct areas of responsibilities. The candidate will be responsible for data input for several areas, including but not limited to Call Center, PM Program, and assist the General Manager / Operations Manager with day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities :

Facilities & Operations Management :

• Lead and assist in managing the day-to-day operations of critical infrastructure facilities, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and high-quality work without impact to internal / external customers.
• Oversee a team including Facility Coordinators, Chief Engineers, Workplace Experience Coordinators, technicians, handypersons, and vendors.
• Act as the single point-of-contact for all facility-related issues, managing customer relationships, schedules, new business, projects, budgets, expansion, and staffing.
• Supervise and escalate ABM's response to after-hours emergencies at assigned facilities.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of facility systems and operations to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Compensation & Benefits

Pay : $68,000 - $70,000 annual salary (US Dollars).

The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data. You may be eligible to participate in a Company incentive or bonus program.
