Title : Sr Retail Agile Program Manager with MCOM (Multi Channel Order Management)

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Oversee the execution of complex programs ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and timely delivery.
• Manage delivery management processes to optimize efficiency and achieve desired outcomes.
• Implement agile methodologies to enhance program flexibility and responsiveness to change.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and collaboration across projects.
• Monitor program progress and performance identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive program documentation to support transparency and accountability.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding of program goals.
• Provide guidance and support to team members fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in program management.
• Analyze program data to identify trends and inform decision-making processes.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance program effectiveness and efficiency.
• Collaborate with leadership to align program objectives with organizational goals and priorities.
• Leverage expertise in multi-channel order management services to optimize program outcomes.

The annual salary for this position is between $150,000 - $165,000 USD depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
