• Monitoring and recording vital signs to keep track of residents' health.
• Providing emotional support and companionship to residents.
• Helping residents with mobility and transferring safely.
• Collaborating with the nursing team to develop individualized care plans.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all residents.
