About the Role
We're looking for a motivated Lead IT Technicianto provide on-site support for client environments across Frederick Maryland. This is a great opportunity for someone with 1–2+ years of technical support experience who's ready to take the next step while continuing to grow their skills.
What You'll Do
- Deploy, support, and troubleshoot multi-factor authentication (MFA) for end users, primarily on mobile devices
- Work with Microsoft or Cisco Duo (experience preferred) and other MFA solutions
- Provide Tier 1–2 support for laptops, tablets, and other end-user technology
What We're Looking For
1–2 years of IT support / helpdesk experience, including MFA deployment at the user levelFamiliarity with Cisco Duo or similar MFA toolsStrong customer-service and communication skillsClean driving record and dependable vehicle (required for site visits)Ability to pass a background checkWhy Join Us
