Software Development Manager

A company is looking for a Manager, Software Development to lead and oversee the development team for a cloud-based tax system.

Key Responsibilities

Provide leadership and mentorship to the development team while managing performance and fostering a culture of accountability

Architect, design, and implement applications using the Microsoft stack, React, PostgreSQL, and AWS

Collaborate with product management and stakeholders to define project requirements and drive process improvements

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field

6+ years in software development with a focus on the Microsoft stack, PostgreSQL, React, and cloud technologies

Proficiency in C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, and React

Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, including database design and optimization

Familiarity with AWS cloud environment and CI / CD practices
