Position Overview : Communiboost As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be a key player in ensuring our clients receive exceptional service and support. In this role, you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information on our products and services. Salary Range : $21.00 - $30.25 hourly Location : Philadelphia, PA
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat channels.
- Assist customers in resolving issues and complaints effectively and efficiently.
- Provide detailed information about products and services to customers to enhance their knowledge.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for future reference.
- Collaborate with internal teams to communicate customer feedback and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to ensure accurate information is provided.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Proven experience in a customer service role or similar capacity.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong command of the English language.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM systems.Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.Flexibility and adaptability in handling changing priorities and customer needs.Benefits
