In this role, youll build lasting relationships with clients and make sure their insurance needs are always taken care of. Youll bring in new business through referrals and networking, while also taking great care of our existing clientsreviewing policies, identifying any gaps, and recommending the best solutions for their situation.

Youll be the go-to person for questions, renewals, and claims, guiding clients every step of the way. Well count on you to stay organized, keep documentation accurate, and make sure everything runs smoothly and on time.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business through inside and outside sales (prospecting, networking, referrals)
• Expand existing client coverage and retention through account rounding and renewals
• Respond to client inquiries, handle claims support, and educate clients on policies.
• Quote, bind, and present policies clearly and confidently.
• Maintain accurate records and comply with agency and state rules and regulations.
