Job Summary :

The Senior Digital Program Manager will lead Thermo King Digital products to market through structured stage gate and Agile development processes. You will ensure new products meet specific customer requirements, program goals, timelines and budgets. A key deliverable is to follow best practices and drive teams towards project execution.

Where Is The Work :

This position is eligible for a Hybrid work schedule (3 or more days onsite a week) and will be based out of our Minneapolis, MN location.

Compensation :

Annual base salary range : $120,000 - 165,000

Additional Compensation : Total compensation for this role also will include an incentive plan.
